How long does it take to deposit the check and deliver the funds to the customer’s account in Russia or Ukraine?
The procedure takes the same exact time as it does for the US residents. There is no difference at all. Speed of the transaction mostly depends on how fast the check arrives to our office. Since it is sent out by mail, depending on the originating location this term can be anywhere from two days to a week. Once the check is in our possession, it is deposited into a special pooling bank account where it awaits clearing, which is followed by an immediate transfer to the client’s bank, which was specified during the registration.

What is the registration process on Moneyweblink.com?
In order to be able to use the Moneyweblink.com services, you would need to complete several actions:
- Open a foreign currency account (US dollars) in a bank in your city and receive their information that is needed for money transfers:
- Scan a copy of your passport – the page with the photograph, the page with the address registration, copy of the travel passport (for verification of the spelling of your name in English), copy of you drivers license (if you have one). Copies have to be done in color and be in high enough quality for legible printing.
- Download the Agency Agreement and enter all the required information
- Print out the agreement and sign it. Scan the full signed agreement the same way as you did with the passport pages.
- Register on Moneyweblink.com by completing a registration form.
- After receiving a confirmation from Moneyweblink.com, you will have to login into the Client Control Panel, where you will find links to upload the scanned documents and the signed Agency Agreement. In the same menu you will be required to fill out a special form with your bank information. This is the information of the bank where we will transfer the money.

What needs to be done in the Google Adsense registration if I am already a client of Moneyweblink.com or I am planning to become a client?
You have to register for the Google Adsense program by completing a short form. Keep in mind that all of the information, including the first and last name have to be entered using English characters (and the name has to appear the same way as it does on your travel passport). You will have to enter:
- Your first and last name
- Type of account – Private
- Country – USA
The address that you will have to enter will be provided to you after you registration with Moneyweblink.com is complete.
Form W-8BEN (Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding) is to be filled out at a later time.
After you complete the above mentioned actions, your checks from Google will be sent directly to the offices of the Onager Group, LLC., where they will be processed for clearing and further immediate transfer to your bank account.

If you already a registered user of Google Adsense, you need to login into your account and change the location of the payment delivery.

In order to enhance your experience as our client, you have access to the “Client Control Panel”, where you can find out what is happening to your payments and transfers at any time. No one, besides the Moneyweblink.com staff and the client has access to these reports.

Where can I get the Form W-8BEN (Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding)?
The form can be downloaded here.
It is already pre-filled out the way it has to be done. You will need to change the filled out field’s information with your actual information. The form has to be filled out using the Latin based alphabet and the information has to match with the information you have provided during the registration with Google and with Moneyweblink.com. Print out the form and then:
- Sign on the line where it says Sign Here;
- Note: Date must be in the format of MM.DD.YYYY
- Where it says Capacity in which acting, write: Independent Contractor.
